The Lie Of The Illegal Immigrant Taxpayer
Posted by: | Comments
Democrats, desperate for votes, have taken to promoting the idea of legitimizing illegal immigrants under the guise of adding them to the rolls of taxpayers and getting them to pay their share. This idea appeals to the many hard working Americans who do their jobs and pay their taxes… just happy to get some kind of a refund rather than having to dig deeper into their already depleted pockets to give our “betters” in Washington more money to waste.
While the tax code is somewhat public knowledge – as much as any set of rules that massive can be, most of middle America is blissfully unaware that not only do the bottom 50% pay no income tax, many actually receive appreciably more than they pay into the system. Through the magic of what the IRS calls refundable credits, such as earned income, child and child care credit, it is not unusual for someone in these tax brackets to receive a refund two to three times the amount that was withheld for taxes.
This may seem incredible to the average taxpayer, but it is a truth we are living with and paying for. Some will say we should not begrudge these people the extra cash in their pockets as they don’t have too much. There is an element of truth for those of us who care about those around us and individually we should do all we can for them. However, when done as a matter of national policy, what it amounts to is something near and dear to the hearts of progressives through out the land… and that is the transfer of wealth from those evil folks who earn their pay and have the audacity to want to keep it. This wealth transfer is their time honored technique for using taxpayer money to buy the votes that keep themselves in office.
Many illegal aliens would fall into the category of receiving major refunds… and would be bonded forever to the Democrat Party. Once again, the progressives inside the beltway are trying to sell us something based on our definition of fairness (illegals paying taxes), only to institute their own version of fairness (someone else pays the bills).
The American people have been taken in far too often by the slick lipped political types who have agendas that don’t even come close our own. And this tax deficit is just the beginning. Minor details like accelerating the demise of Social Security and substantially increasing the burden on the health care system in true Cloward-Piven fashion are all features of this diabolical scheme.
Knowledge is power and the American people cannot afford to be taken for a ride on this one. I can only do so much to spread the word, each of us need to deny our congressmen and senators a moments peace until this idea goes down in flames along with health care and cap and tax.

Polk County, FL-- Abraham Shakespeare was an illiterate, petty criminal living hand to mouth as a trucker’s helper. His life changed in a big way when we won the Lotto jackpot. He got a $17 million cash payout.
Shakespeare became more popular than a rock star to people that knew him. Then there were his brand new friends like, DeeDee Moore.
Moore claimed her new friend went into hiding after giving her a $ 1 million dollar cash gift. The bad news is they found Shakespeare’s hiding place. He apparently must have buried himself under a concrete slab on property owned by his new “friend” and her boyfriend. By the way our lottery winner was very dead. Medical examiners are trying to rule out lottery fever as a cause of death at this hour.
Somehow I suspect that DeeDee is scrambling to hire a good criminal lawyer right now.
Federal Judge Says Debra Milke Waived Right To A Lawyer In Death Penalty Case.

Phoenix, AZ—Debra Milke has been waiting for some uniformed strangers to take her, strap her down to a table and kill her for over 20 years. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed and remanded Judge Robert C. Broomfield’s earlier ruling over a serious and limited technical question that suggested Debra Milke had never waived her right to a lawyer before speaking with former police detective, Armando Saldate. This time the burden of proof was on the state.
The real problem was much deeper than a waiver but the unrecorded, un-witnessed and hotly contested conversation that a former police detective claimed to be a murder confession. Here the waiver not the conversation was the the issue.
The rub here was within a couple of hours of her arrest I interrogated Milke at the jail while recording her with a hidden tape recorder. Milke wasted no time in giving me a strong and somewhat emotional denial of telling police she was involved in the crime. Milke also told me she had asked for a lawyer and nobody would tell her when she could see one.
Milke’s so-called confession became the only evidence of her involvement in the murder. Milke lost the, he said, she said contest in court. Who would a jury believe, a citizen without a criminal record or a cop? This woman’s very life has been hanging in the balance. The cop knew who the jury would believe so why use a tape recorder even though his boss in homicide told him to do so.
Judge Broomfield ratified this officer’s version of events in his ruling that will now be reviewed by the same court that reversed him.
There are other issues in this case that have not been fully reviewed and may never get examined. They resulted by the horrible representation of Milke by a beleaguered court appointed lawyer, Kenneth Ray. Among some of his fatal blunders were:
1. The failure to subpoena and view news reports that would have derailed the police detective’s confession claim.
2. The failure of Ray to even ask me what his client told me hours after the arrest. I strongly believe the jury would have cleared rather than convict Milke if I was called as a witness.
3. Kenneth Ray’s hiring of John Fritz as a trial forensic expert. I did a TV news story about Fritz, his fabricated resume and later the trial judge held a Contempt of Court Hearing on Fritz’s mishandling of the evidence. I should tell you that there never was any forensic evidence against Milke. This only shows evidence of a really lousy defense lawyer.
4. That the hapless defense lawyer in yet another significant lapse of representation allowed an audio tape of a witness interview to get in the jury room. The tape was never played in the courtroom or the subject of testimony. The tape was grossly inadmissible evidence that swayed the jury after they were in a 50/50 deadlock for acquittal or conviction.
These were far from the only mistakes and unfortunately issues not raised during the trial cannot be appealed.
There is also an affidavit on file from Kenneth Ray acknowledging his inability and failure to provide adequate representation of Debra Milke.
This report was taped some 19 years ago and was admitted into evidence and played at the hearing before Judge Broomfield:

INVESTORS BEWARE: Stock Fraud Case Offers Lessons
Posted by: | CommentsIf you're not familiar with “pump-and-dump” fraud schemes, it might be a good time to get educated.
That's because the FBI and its partners are now wrapping up an investigation of such a scam that was so massive it took the better part of a decade to unravel. So far, our joint investigation has uncovered more than 40 schemes, convicted 40 perpetrators, identified thousands of victims in nearly every state and several foreign countries, and discovered hundreds of millions of dollars in losses.

Surprisingly cheaters follow the same basic trends and tend to display the same signs. Learning to recognize these signs early on will offer you an advantage for early detection.
About 24 percent of men and 14 percent of women have had sex outside their marriages*. Approximately 74% of men and 68% of women claim they would have an affair if there was no chance of them being caught.
Below are some signs to pay attention to when you believe your spouse may be straying, as well as some techniques to gain evidence of their infidelity.
